It is handpicked before dawn, when its aroma is at its strongest, and processed immediately. 1 kilogram of jasmine absolute contains more than 7 million jasmine flowers. In the past, the petals were sprinkled on fat that soaked up their essential oils. The flowers were renewed until the fat was saturated with the plant extracts. It took about a month. This makes jasmine absolute one of the most precious flower oils in the world. Today, new techniques such as B Steam distillation of the jasmine essence in the form of concentrated absolute, extract and floral water.

Jasmine Water or Hydrosol is made like Jasmine Absolute. The rich, healing properties of the delicate flowers are captured by the vapor
also used to extract Jasmine Absolute. Jasmine absolute settles on the surface of the distillate and is removed from there. What remains is the water distillate with components of Jasmine Absolute and other ingredients such as essential oils, organic acids, water-soluble herbal active ingredients and flavonoids.

Jasmine flower extract contains flavonoids and other polyphenols with antioxidant effects.
