The "InStyle Autumn Box" competition is a limited-time campaign by BUNTE Entertainment Verlag GmbH and The SO Company GmbH. Participation in the competition takes place exclusively under the conditions listed here:

Participation

Participation in the competition requires commenting on the competition post. The winner will be determined by random (electronic drawing procedure). With the comment on the competition, these conditions of participation are expressly recognized. Employees and relatives of the companies BUNTE Entertainment Verlag GmbH and The SO Company GmbH are excluded from participating in the competition. Winner's shipping address must be within the EU.

Exclusion of legal recourse

There is no legal recourse.

Privacy Policy

The participant agrees that his personal data will be electronically processed and stored for the purpose of processing the competition and for the Shishi Chérie newsletter. The data collected as part of the competition is used exclusively to determine the winners and for the Shishi Chérie newsletter and will not be used for any other purpose. The participant is aware that he can revoke his consent at any time.

Exclusion of participants

If a participant posts illegal texts, or if the product or product text violates trademark regulations, they can be excluded from the competition and in particular from the distribution of prizes. Win

All prizes drawn in the course of the competition cannot be exchanged. The prizes cannot be paid out in cash. The prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.

Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn using the same procedure. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided. The announcement of the winners is made without guarantee.

additional services

The prizes from the promotion will be made available to The SO Company GmbH free of charge by a third party, the sponsor of the respective promotion. The SO Company GmbH is not liable for any fault on the part of the sponsor if the sponsor is unable to transfer the prizes to the winners of the campaign.
