Conditions of participation

The "Shishi Chérie XXL Christmas Box" competition is a limited-time campaign by The SO Company GmbH. Participation in the competition is subject to the conditions listed here:

Participation

Participation in the competition requires at least one order via the online shop Shishi Chérie (www.shishicherie.de ) in the period 12/12/2017 – 12/31/2017. A minimum order value does not exist. The winner will be determined by random (electronic drawing procedure). With the order, these conditions of participation are expressly accepted. Employees and relatives as well as external service providers of The SO Company GmbH are excluded from participating in the competition. Winner's shipping address must be within the EU.

Exclusion of legal recourse

There is no legal recourse.

The participant agrees that his personal data will be electronically processed and stored for the purpose of processing the competition and for the Shishi Chérie newsletter. The data collected as part of the competition is used exclusively to determine the winners and for the Shishi Chérie newsletter and will not be used for any other purpose. The participant is aware that he can revoke his consent at any time.

Exclusion of participants

If a participant posts illegal texts, or if the product or the product text violates trademark regulations, they can be excluded from the competition and in particular from the distribution of prizes. Win

All prizes drawn in the course of the competition cannot be exchanged. The prizes cannot be paid out in cash. The prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.

The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn using the same procedure. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided. The announcement of the winners is made without guarantee.
